Representative Christensen moved the minutes of March 16, 2016 be approved. The MOTION PREVAILED.
Introduction of Larry Isaak, President MHEC and Senator David Pearce (MO).
HF 2590 (Green) No-net-gain policy for state acquisition of real property established.
Representative Nornes moves HF 2590 be referred to Committee on State Government Finance.
Representative Green moved the following oral amendment: On P.1, delete L.7-9 and On P.1, L. 10 “delete” the headnote “Subd.2. No net gain; county approval”. THE AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
Representative Nornes renews his motion that HF 2590, as amended, be referred to the Committee on State Government Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 2591 (Green) State acquisition of real property in fee approval required.
Representative Nornes moves HF 2591 be referred to Committee on State Government Finance.
