Representative Nornes, Chair of the Higher Education Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:49PM. on January 14th, 2015, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative ROSENTHAL moved that the minutes of January 13, 2015, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The Minnesota Office of Higher Education presented an overview of the Minnesota Office of Higher Education to members of the committee.
