Representative Nornes, Chair of the Higher Education Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:47PM. on January 20th, 2015, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative CHRISTENSEN moved that the minutes of January 14, 2015, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
An overview of the University of Minnesota was presented to members of the committee.
