Representative Nornes, Chair of the Higher Education Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:48PM on February 3rd, 2015, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative CHRISTENSEN moved that the minutes of January 27, 2015, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The Minnesota Office of Higher Education presented the Governor’s Budget to members of the committee.
