Representative Pat Garofalo, Chair of the Job Growth & Energy Affordability Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 7, 2015, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.:

Representative Simonson moved to approve the minutes from the previous hearing. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF328 (Loon) Crowdfunding transactions provided an exemption from securities regulation. The bill was laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Loon; Zachary Robins, Winthrop & Weinstein; Rick Heller, Twice Exceptional and Print Disabled; testified on HF328, 2nd engrossment.

HF776 (Sanders) Voice-over-Internet protocol service and Internet protocol-enabled service regulation prohibited. The bill was laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Fabian moved the A10 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
