MINUTES

Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:17 A.M. on April 7, 2015 in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Cornish called the meeting to order at 10:17 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Rosenthal moved that the minutes from the March 26, 2015 meeting.

THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 0743 (Albright): Scott County; probation caseload and workload reduction grant funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative Cornish moved that HF 0743 be laid over for possible inclusion in omnibus bill.

Representative Cornish renewed his motion that HF 0743 be laid over for possible inclusion in omnibus bill.

HF 0612 (Clark): Emergency shelter facility for East African women and child victims of domestic abuse and trafficking provided grant funding, and money appropriated.

Representative Cornish moved that HF 0612 be laid over for possible inclusion in omnibus bill.

Representative Johnson moved that HF 0503 be laid over for possible inclusion in omnibus bill.

Representative Lohmer moved that HF 2044 be laid over for possible inclusion in omnibus bill.

Representative Lohmer moved the A1 Amendment.

Representative Lohmer renewed her motion that HF 2044 be laid over, as amended, for possible inclusion in omnibus bill.
