MINUTES

Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, began the meeting at 10:15 A.M. on April 14, 2016 in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Cornish began the meeting at 10:15 A.M. A quorum was not present.

At 10:18 A.M. a quorum was present, and Representative Cornish called the meeting to order.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative O’Neill moved the minutes of April 6, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF0291 (Cornish): Public Safety Omnibus Bill.

Representative Cornish moved HF0291 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Cornish moved the HF0291 DE2 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Cornish moved the HF0291 A2 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
