MINUTES

Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:16 A.M. on February 25, 2015 in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Cornish began the meeting at 10:16 A.M. A quorum was NOT present.

Representative Cornish called the meeting to order at 10:18 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Hertaus moved that the minutes from the February 24, 2015 meeting be approved.

THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 0260 (Lesch): Uniform Deployed Parents Custody and Visitation Act established and modified.

Representative Cornish moved to pass HF 0260 and move to general register.

Representative Cornish renewed his motion to pass HF 0260 and move to general register.

THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 0465 (Scott): Best interests standards in custody or parenting time proceedings modified, and technical changes made.

Representative Cornish moved to pass HF 0465 and move to general register.

Representative Cornish moved HF 0464 to pass and move to general register.
