Representative Howe, Vice-Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, began the meeting at 9:00 A.M. on February 25, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Greg Hubinger, Director of the Legislative Coordinating Commission, gave a presentation on Contract Negotiation Process.
Vice-Chair Howe called the meeting to order at 9:01 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Dettmer moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 19, 2015 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:02 A.M.
