MINUTES
Representative Davids, Chair of the Tax Committee, began the meeting at 10:15 A.M. on February 19th, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davids began the meeting at 10:15. A quorum was NOT present.
A quorum was present at 10:18 and the meeting was called to order.
Representative Simonson moved that the minutes of February 18th, 2015 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Anderson, S. moved that HF65 come before the committee.
HF65 Anderson, S.: Small business investment credit increased.
Representative Anderson, S., Chad Olson of ByME, Pramote Hocharon of Nirva Medical, Genevieve Plumadore of LifeScience Alley, and Bob Isaacson of DEED, testified on HF65, first engrossment.
Representative Simonson moved to orally amend HF65 as follows:
Page 1, line 15, strike “and before January 1”
Page 1, line 16, strike “2017, $7,500,000” and insert “50 percent”
THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Anderson, S. moved that HF65, as amended, was laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus tax bill.
Representative Anderson, S. moved that HF66 come before the committee.
HF66 Anderson, S.: Small business investment credit sunset repealed.
Representative Anderson, S. testified on HF66, first engrossment.
Representative Anderson, S. moved that HF66 was laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus tax bill.
