MINUTES
Representative Tim Kelly, Chair of the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, called the twelfth meeting to order at 12:48 p.m. on February 23, 2015, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Kelly called the meeting to order at 12:48 p.m. A quorum was present.
Representative Howe moved that the minutes of February 18, 2015 be approved, after the day of the week be changed to Wednesday. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF620 (McNamara): Overweight vehicle annual permits established.
Representative McNamara moved HF620 for possible inclusion in the Transportation Policy and Finance Omnibus Bill.
Representative McNamara testified on HF620.
Bill Gardner, Director of the Office of Freight and Commercial Vehicle for the Minnesota Department of Transportation, testified on HF620 and the Truck Size and Weight Study.
