Representative Hamilton, Chair of the Agriculture Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15AM on March 29th, 2018, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hamilton called the meeting to order at 10:15AM. A quorum was not present.
A quorum was present at 10:26AM.
Representative Munson moved to approve the minutes of March 27th, 2018. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Informational Hearing on foreign animal disease preparedness. Testifying was Whitney Place, Legislative Director, Matt Wohlman, Deputy Commissioner, Department of Agriculture, former Department of Agriculture Commissioner Gene Hugoson, Dr. Mike Eisenmenger, Veterinarian, Mark Luecke, CEO, Medgene Labs, Mitch Abrahamsen, Chief Commercial Officer, Recombinetics, Dr. Jerry Torrison, Director, Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory, University of Minnesota, Dr. Tim Goldsmith, Directory, College of Veterinary Medicine, and Dr. Beth Thompson, State Veterinarian, Executive Director, Board of Animal Health.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:01PM.
