MINUTES
Representative Urdahl, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM on January 11, 2017, in the Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Andrew Lee, Analyst with House Fiscal, and Deborah Dyson, Legislative Analyst with House Research, presented an overview of capital investment and state bonding.
Jennifer Hassemer, Assistant Commissioner for Debt Management of Minnesota Management and Budget, presented an overview of Capital Investment and Bonding.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:30 PM.
