MINUTES

Representative Urdahl, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, started the meeting at 3:00 PM on February 8, 2017, in the Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Urdahl clarified that HF892 had been laid over. Representative Urdahl officially called the meeting to order at 3:03 PM. A quorum was present.

Representative Jurgens moved the minutes from February 7, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Michael Berthelsen, Interim Vice President, University Services and Brian Swanson, Chief Financial Officer, University Services, presented the University of Minnesota’s Higher Education Asset Preservation request.

Brian Yolitz, Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities, presented Minnesota State’s Higher Education Asset Preservation request.


The meeting was adjourned at 4:14 PM
