MINUTES

Representative Urdahl, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, started the meeting at 3:05 PM on February 28, 2018, in the Room 200 of the State Office Building. The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Overview of Water Infrastructure projects by the Director of Public Facilities Authority, Jeff Freeman.
Overview of the 3M Settlement with the State of Minnesota by Legislative Director
Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, Greta Gauthier.


Discussion on local water infrastructure issues with the cities of Pipestone and Little Falls.
