Representative Peggy Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:16 AM, on February 2nd, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Scott called the Meeting to order at 8:16 AM. A quorum was present.
Representative Pugh moved to approve the minutes from January 26th, 2017. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Minnesota Historical Society State Archivist, Shawn Rounds and Director of Public Policy and Community Relations, David Kelliher gave a presentation on the Minnesota Records Management and Records Disposition Panel.
