MINUTES

Representative Kelly Fenton called the Commerce and Regulatory Reform Committee, to order at 3:00 p.m. on January 17th, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Barr moved to approve the minutes of January 11th, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED

HF30 (Loon)
Off-sale intoxicating liquor sales on Sunday permitted.

Representative Loon moved that HF30 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Loon moved the H0030DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED

Representative Loon renewed the motion that HF30, as amended, be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF68 (Hoppe)
Labeling requirements for 3.2 percent malt liquor created.

Representative Hoppe moved that HF68 be re-referred to the Committee.

Representative Hopped renewed the motion that HF68 be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED
