MINUTES

Representative Joe Hoppe, Chair of the Commerce and Regulatory Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:03 PM on February 14th, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hilstrom moved an oral amendment to HF587 as follows: line 1.18, delete “must” and insert “may”. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hilstrom moved an oral amendment to HF587 as follows: line 1.18, delete “7%” and insert “2.5%”.
