MINUTES

Representative Fabian, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM on February 21st, 2017, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fabian called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM. A quorum was present.

Representative Johnson, C. moved to adopt the minutes of February 16th, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 363 (Davids) Building materials purchase exemption for nonprofit snowmobile clubs provided.

Representative Fabian moved HF 363 to be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Representative Fabian renewed the motion that HF 363 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1077 (Bliss) Minnow license requirements and rulemaking modified.

Representative Bliss moved HF 1077 to be re-referred to the Government Operations and Elections Policy and Finance Committee.

Representative Lueck moved HF 1247 to be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Representative Lueck moved HF 1003 be re-referred to the Government Operations and Elections Policy and Finance Committee.

Representative Lueck moved the H1003DE3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
