MINUTES

Representative Albright began the meeting to order at 1:07 PM on February 23, 2017, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hertaus presented HF 351 to the committee.

At 1:13 PM, a quorum was present and Representative Albright officially called the meeting to order.

Rep. Zerwas moved the minutes of February 22, 2017 for approval. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 531 (HERTAUS) SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENTSFROM GROSS REVENUES THAT ARE SUBJECT TO THE PROVIDER TAX EXEMPTED

Representative Albright moved HF 531 be re-referred to the committee on Taxes.

Testifiers in Favor:

Representative Albright moved the A17-0066 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hertaus continued his presentation of HF 351.

Representative Albright renewed his motion that HF 351, as amended, be re-referred to the committee on Taxes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 529 (ZERWAS) INTERACTIVE VIDEO FOR TARGETED CASE MANAGEMENT ALLOWED

Representative Zerwas moved that HF 529 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Omnibus bill.

Representative Zerwas presented HF 529 to the committee.

HF529 was laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Omnibus bill.

At 1:40PM, Representative Heintzeman assumed the gavel.

HF 743 (ALBRIGHT) HEALTH PROFESSIONAL TRAINING SITE GRANT PROGRAM ESTABLISHED, AND MONEY APPROPRIATED

Representative Albright moved that HF 743 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Omnibus bill.

Representative Albright moved the A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Albright moved the A3 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Albright presented HF 743 to the committee.

HF 743, as amended, was laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Omnibus bill.

The meeting was adjourned at 1:47 PM.
