MINUTES

Senator Benson, Chair of the Senate Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m. on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, in Room 120 of the State Capitol. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF 3202 - (Schomacker): Hospital construction moratorium exception project added, and provisions for the plan required changed for an exception to the hospital construction moratorium.

Commissioner Jan Malcom, Department of Health, testified regarding HF 3202.

Stefan Gildemeister, Department of Health, testified regarding HF 3202.

A quorum was present at 3:15 p.m.

Megan Remark, Regions Hospital CEO, testified regarding HF 3202.

Bret Haake, Regions Hospital Chief Medical Officer, testified regarding HF 3202.


The committee adjourned at 5:07 p.m.
