Representative Nornes, Chair of the Higher Education and Career Readiness Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:04 PM on January 18, 2017, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Daniels moved that the minutes of January 17, 2017, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The Minnesota Career College Association presented an overview of the Minnesota Career College Association to members of the committee.
