MINUTES
Representative Gunther, Chair of the Legacy Funding Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:05 p.m. on January 23, 2017, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Green moved that the minutes of January 9, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Testifying before committee on behalf of the Minnesota Historical Society, was Director Steve Elliott and David Kelliher, Director of Public Policy.
Testifying before committee on behalf of the Minnesota Public Television Association (MPTA) was Bill Strusinski, Friends of Public TV, Jim Pagliarini, President of TPT, Les Heen President of Pioneer Public Television, and Ashleigh Rowe, Producer, Mn Original Twin Cities PBS.
Testifying before committee as an Independent Broadcaster was Mark Hughes.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:26 p.m.
