Representative Johnson, Chair of the Public Safety and Security Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:18 AM on March 13, 2018 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Pinto moved the minutes of the March 8, 2018, meeting be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Johnson moved HF3157 be re-refered to the General Register.

Chair Johnson moved the HF3157DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Johnson renewed the motion that HF3157, as amended, be re-refered to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Zerwas moved HF3504 be re-refered to the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices Policy.
