MINUTES


Representative Johnson, Chair of the Public Safety and Security Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 AM on March 20, 2018 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Zerwas moved the minutes of the March 15, 2018, meeting be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Johnson moved HF3249 be re-referred to the General Register.

Chair Johnson moved the HF3249A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Johnson renewed the motion that HF3249, as amended be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Lohmer moved HF3551 be re-referred to the General Register.

Chair Johnson moved the HF2766A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
