MINUTES


Representative Johnson, Chair of the Public Safety and Security Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:19 AM on March 21, 2018 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lucero moved the minutes of the March 20, 2018, meeting be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Johnson moved HF3436 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Chair Johnson moved the HF3436DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Johnson moved HF3707 be re-referred to the Committee on Education Finance.

Chair Johnson renewed the motion that HF3707be re-referred to the Committee on Education Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
