MINUTES

Representative Peppin, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:18 A.M. on May 16, 2018, in Room 120 of the State Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Peppin called the meeting to order at 10:18 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Albright moved that the minutes of May 15, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Peppin moved the Calendar for the Day, May 18, 2018. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Peppin moved that 2018-R19, Resolution on Facilities be adopted.

Pat McCormack, Director, Minnesota House of Representatives Research Department, gave an overview of the Resolution.

Representative Peppin renewed her motion that 2018-R19 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Peppin moved that 2018-R20, Journal Resolution be adopted.

Pat McCormack, Director, Minnesota House of Representatives Research Department, gave an overview of the Resolution.

Representative Peppin renewed her motion that 2018-R20 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Peppin moved that 2018-R21A, Resolution on Parking be adopted.

Pat McCormack, Director, Minnesota House of Representatives Research Department, gave an overview of the Resolution.

Representative Peppin renewed her motion that 2018-R21A be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Peppin moved that 2018-R3B, Resolution on Expense Reimbursement be adopted.

Pat McCormack, Director, Minnesota House of Representatives Research Department, gave an overview of the Resolution.

Representative Peppin renewed her motion that 2018-R3B be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The committee went into recess at 10:22 A.M.

The committee adjourned at 12:00 A.M.
