Representative Anderson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, began the meeting at 10:50 AM, May 16, 2017 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

A quorum was present.
Representative O’Driscoll moved that HF 565 come before the committee and be re-referred to Ways & Means.
HF 565 (O’Driscoll) – Statewide and major local public employee retirement plans benefit and contribution changes made, and various other retirement provisions modified.
The following gave a summary of HF 565:
Susan Lenczewski, Executive Director, Legislative Commission on Pensions and Retirement
Rachel Barth, Deputy Director, Legislative Commission on Pensions and Retirement.
Representative O’Driscoll moved the A4 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Anderson moved the A3 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
