MINUTES

Representative Anderson, Chair called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM., March 28, 2018 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Green moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 27, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3963 (Rod Hamilton): Department of Agriculture/Department of Health Laboratory Building funding provided to correct safety, energy, and operational efficiency problems; bonds issued; and money appropriated
Representative Anderson moved that HF3963 be re-referred to the Capital Investment Committee without recommendation.

Representative Anderson renewed her motion that HF3963 be re-referred to the Capital Investment Committee without recommendation. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF4105 (John Poston): Wadena Armory funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Representative Anderson moved that HF4105 be re-referred to the Capital Investment Committee without recommendation.

Representative Anderson moved that HF3018 be laid over.

HF3217 (Bob Loonan): Pari-mutuel horse racing provisions relating to licensing and regulation modified.
