Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 AM, on Thursday, April 12th, 2018, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Schultz moved the minutes of Wednesday, April 11th, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF4321 (Davids) Firefighting equipment exemption expanded.
Representative Davids moved HF4321 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus tax bill.

Chris Parsons, Minnesota Professional Firefighters Association.
Representative Davids renewed his motion that HF4321 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus tax bill.
3543 (Davids) MNsure operations funding and authority to certify health carriers and health plans modified; submission of federal waivers and approvals required; and limitations on risk-bearing placed.
Representative Davids moved HF3543 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Representative Davids renewed his motion that HF3543 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
