MINUTES

Representative Torkelson, Chair of the Transportation Finance Committee, called the forty-third meeting to order at 1:07 P.M. on Wednesday, April 18th, 2018, in the Basement Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Johnson moved to approve the minutes from April 17th. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Torkelson moved that HF 4160, as amended, come before the committee.

No action was taken on HF 4160, as amended.

Public Feedback on HF4160 (Torkelson) Transportation supplemental appropriations and policy bill.
NOTE: This bill HF 4160 (Torkelson) will be amended with a delete all amendment on Tuesday April 17 which will become the Transportation supplemental appropriations and policy bill. The committee will walk through the language on Tuesday April 17th and the public will be allowed to give feedback on the bill on Wednesday the 18th of April.

Public testimony per testifier will be limited to 3 minutes per testifier.

If additional time is needed beyond the 2:45pm end time we will reconvene in Room 120 Capitol at 6pm or after House GOP and DFL caucuses are done.
