Representative Runbeck, Chair of the Transportation and Regional Governance Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on March 8th, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Runbeck called the meeting to order at 1:02 P.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Neu moved the minutes of March 6th, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1570 (Albright) Suburb to suburb transit demonstration project funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Runbeck moved that HF1570 be re-referred to the Committee on Transportation Finance.

Page 3, line 7, delete “July 1, 2017” and insert “July 1, 2018” THE MOTION PREVAILED THE LANGUAGE WAS INCORPORATED.

Page 3, line 11, and insert “EFFECTIVE DATE. This section is effective the day following final enactment, and applies to a registration period starting on or after January 1, 2018.” THE MOTION PREVAILED THE LANGUAGE WAS INCORPORATED.
