MINUTES
Representative Runbeck, Chair of the Transportation and Regional Governance Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on February 26th, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Runbeck called the meeting to order at 1:01 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Barr, R moved the minutes from March 15th. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Runbeck introduced new committee staff.
Chris Roy, MnDOT Assistant Director of Engineering Services and Erik Rudeen, MnDOT Legislative Liaison gave a presentation on the Minnesota Tolling Study.
Brad Larsen, MnDOT Director of MnPASS and Brian Kary, MnDOT Director of Regional Transportation Management Center gave a presentation on 2018 MnPASS Express Lane Financial Report.
Mark Gieseke, MnDot Director of Transportation System Management, gave a presentation on the Highway Construction Cost and Cost Inflation Study.
Chair Runbeck adjourned the meeting at 2:46 P.M.
