Representative Knoblach, Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:05PM on Monday April 3, 2017 in the Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Knoblach called the meeting to order at 9:05PM. A quorum was present.

Representative Carlson moved that the minutes of March 30, 2017 be approved
THE MOTION PREVAILED

Representative Garofalo moved SF1937 be sent to the General Register

SF1937 (HF2209) (Garofalo) Omnibus Job Growth and Energy Affordability Policy and
Finance Bill

Representative Garofalo moved to substitute the language of HF2209 into SF1937 be adopted
THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED

Representative Garofalo moved to adopt the A5 Amendment
Representative Garofalo incorporated a modification to the A5 Amendment as follows:
Page 2, line 23, delete “2018” and insert “2020”
Page 2, line 24, delete “2019” and insert “2021”
Page 3, line 5, delete “2018” and insert “2020”
Page 3, line 6, delete “2019” and insert “2021”

Representative Carlson requested a roll call vote on the A5 Amendment. The results are as follows:
