Representative Knoblach, Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:12PM on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 in the Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Knoblach called the meeting to order at 2:12PM a quorum was present.

Representative Carlson moved that the minutes of April 4, 2017 be approved

Representative Knoblach moved HF745 be referred to the General Register

HF745 (Anna Wills) Coates; bridge over U.S. Highway 52 designated as Corporal Benjamin S. Kopp Bridge.

Representative Knoblach renewed his motion to refer HF745 to the General Register

Representative Torkelson moved HF859 be referred to the General Register

HF859 (Paul Torkelson) Koochiching County; Transportation Department unused or divided land conveyance provided, highways on the trunk highway system removed or modified, and state-owned land conveyance authorized.

Representative Knoblach moved to adopt the A17 Amendment

Representative Knoblach moved to adopt the A4 Amendment to the A17 Amendment THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDEMENT WAS ADOPTED

Representative Kiel presented HF812

Deputy Commissioner of Health, Dan Pollock testified on HF812

Representative Knoblach renewed his motion to adopt the A17 Amendment as amended THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT AS AMENDED WAS ADOPTED

Representative Knoblach renewed his motion to refer HF812 as amended to the General Register THE MOTION PREVAILED
