MINUTES

Representative Knoblach, Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:23am on Monday, March 5, 2018 in the Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Carlson moved that the minutes of February 26, 2018 be approved
MOTION PREVAILED

The Committee received a presentation from Myron Frans, MMB Commissioner, Dr. Laura Kalambokidis, State Economist, and Margaret Kelly MMB Budget Director on the February Budget Forecast.

The Committee received a presentation from Kirk Koudelka, MPCA Assistant Commissioner and Barb Naramore, MN DNR Assistant Commissioner on the State of MN v. 3M Company Settlement Agreement.


The meeting was adjourned at 12:15PM
