Representative Knoblach, Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:10am on Thursday, May 10th, 2018 in the Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Baker moved the A10 amendment THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED

Representative Baker moved the DE6 amendment

Representative Knoblach moved to amend the DE6 amendment as follows: Page 19, line 26, delete and strike “percent” and insert “a percentage established by the commissioner, based on the available appropriation,” THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED

Representative Baker renewed his motion to refer HF1440, as amended, to the General Register THE MOTION PREVAILED
