MINUTES

Representative Mike Freiberg Chair of the Committee, called the virtual Government Operations Committee meeting to order at 12:45pm on July 17th, 2020. Pursuant to House rule 10.01. the meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Freiberg moved HF71 be referred to the General Register

Representative Freiberg moved HF0071DE1 (Freiberg). MOTION PREVAILED; THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Mike Freiberg presented the bill.

HF71 (Freiberg) COVID-19; real estate document notarization use of video appearance authorized.

Rep. Nash moved to amend the motion to send HF71 to the General Register to send the bill to the committee on Commerce instead.
