MINUTES

Representative Masin, Chair of the Subcommittee on Local Government, called the meeting to order at 5:34 PM on March 12th, 2019 in room 300N of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Freiberg moved that the minutes of March 6th, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF511 (Elkins) relating to local government; repealing the prohibition on local ordinances governing plastic bags and similar items; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 471.9998.

Representative Elkins moved that HF511 be moved to the Committee on Government Operations. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
