MINUTES

Representative Masin, Chair of the Subcommittee on Local Government, called the meeting to order at 9:45 A.M. on March 11th, 2020 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Xiong moved that the minutes of March 4th, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3804 (Layman) relating to local government; permitting addition of unorganized territory in Itasca County to Harris Township, notwithstanding the petition requirement.

Representative Masin renewed the motion to re-refer HF3804 (Layman) to the Committee on Government Operations. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
