MINUTES

Representative Moran, Chair of the Health and Human Services Policy Committee, started the meeting at 2:33 p.m. on Tuesday, January 29, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Moran waived the 24-hour rule for filing amendments to HF400 and extended the deadline for members to file amendments on the bill until Wednesday, January 30, 12:30pm.

A quorum was present at 2:47 pm. Representative Pinto moved to approve the minutes from January 23, 2019. MOTION PREVAILED.


Chair Moran moved HF147 be recommended to be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Rep. John Huot presented on HF147.

Chair Moran moved that HF148 be recommended to be placed on the General Register.

Chair Moran renewed the motion that HF148 be recommended for placement on the General Register. MOTION PREVAILED.


Chair Moran moved that HF189 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Chair Moran renewed the motion that HF189 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. MOTION PREVAILED.
