LABOR COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Erin Koegel, Vice Chair of the Labor Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:30 P.M. on March 11, 2020, in Room 120 of the Minnesota State Capitol. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Mekeland moved to approve the minutes from March 4, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF2986 (Sundin) - State rail safety inspection program requirements established.

Representative Sundin moved that HF 2986 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Sundin renewed his motion that HF 2987 be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF3732 (Lillie) - Labor agreements and compensation plan ratified.

Chair Koegel moved that HF 3732 be re-referred to State Government Finance.

Representative Sundin assumed the Chair at 3:43 P.M.

Chair Sundin moved that HF 1741 be re-referred to the Commerce Committee.
