MINUTES

Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:16 A.M. on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, in room 120 of the Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Winkler called the meeting at 10:16 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Garofalo moved that the minutes of May 14, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Garofalo moved to waive Joint Rule 2.03 for HF2821 to be re-referred to the general register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Representative Albright moved to waive Joint Rule 2.03 for HF2311 to be re-referred to the general register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.



Representative Her moved to approve the calendar for Friday, May 17, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


The meeting was adjourned at 10:21am.
