Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:00 A.M. on, Thursday, March 14, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF 2169 (Marquart) Department of Revenue Policy & Technical Bill. Individual income and corporate franchise taxes, partnership taxes, sales and use taxes, special taxes, property taxes, gross revenue taxes, fire and police state aid, and other miscellaneous provisions policy and technical changes made
Vice-Chair Lislegard officially called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Brand moved that the minutes of March 13, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Marquart resumed the gavel at 8:22 A.M.
Representative Marquart moved HF 2169 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
