PROPERTY AND LOCAL TAX DIVISION COMMITTEE MEETING
MINUTES


Representative Carlson, Chair of the Property and Local Tax Division Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 12:45 PM on April 20, 2020, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Carlson moved that the minutes of March 11, 2020 be adopted. THE MOTION

Rep. Marquart moved that HF 3826 be laid over for possible inclusion in the division report.

Rep. Marquart moved the DE1 amendment.

Rep. Marquart requested a roll call on the DE1 amendment.

Rep. Marquart renewed his motion that HF 3826 be laid over as amended for possible inclusion in the division report.
