MINUTES

Representative Jeanne Poppe, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 9:47 AM on March 12th, 2020 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Brand moved the minutes from March 10th, 2020.

The motion prevailed.

Representative Ecklund moved that HF 4072 be recommended to be referred to the Jobs and Economic Development Finance Division.

Representative Ecklund moved the H4072DE2 amendment for approval.

The motion prevailed.

Representative Ecklund renewed his motion that HF 4072 as amended be recommended to be referred to the Jobs and Economic Development Finance Division.

The motion prevailed.

Representative Brand moved that HF 3926 be laid over for future consideration.

Representative Brand renewed his motion that HF 3926 be laid over for future consideration.

Representative Anderson moved that HF 3762 be laid over for future consideration.

Representative Anderson moved the H3762A1 amendment for approval.

Representative Anderson incorporated an oral amendment to the H3762A1 amendment:
Page 1, after line 2, insert: “Page 1, line 21, after “$500” insert “per silo”

Representative Anderson moved the H3762A1 amendment as amended.

The motion prevailed.

Representative Anderson renewed his motion that HF 3762 as amended be laid over for future consideration.

Representative Hansen moved HF 1293 for future consideration.

Representative Hansen moved an oral amendment to HF 1293:
Page 2, after line 10, insert: “Sec. 3. Effective date. This act is effective January 1, 2021.”

The motion prevailed.
