MINUTES

Representative Murphy, Chair of Capital Investment Division, called the remote meeting to order at 8:00 A.M. on May 9, 2020, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over UberConference and broadcast via House Public Information Services, Facebook Live, and YouTube live streaming.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lee moved to approve the minutes from March 5, March 10, and March 12, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3326 (Hausman); Housing infrastructure bonds issued, public housing rehabilitation funding provided, shelter supply increased, housing infrastructure bond eligible use added, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Representative Lee moved to refer HF 3326 to the Ways and Means Committee.

Representative Lee moved to adopt the H3326A2 amendment.

Representative Hausman explained her amendment.

Representative Lee renewed his motion to adopt the H3326A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Hausman explained her bill, as amended.

Representative Lee renewed his motion to refer HF 3326, as amended, to the Ways and Means Committee. A roll call was taken, and the results were as follows:
