MINUTES

Representative Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. on February 5th, 2019, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Fischer moved to approve the minutes of January 31st, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF80 (Murphy) Capital investment; previously authorized capital projects funding source changed, spending authorized to acquire and better public land and buildings and other improvements of a capital nature, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Chair Hansen moved HF80 for consideration before the committee.

Chair Hansen laid over HF80 for consideration at a later date.

HF340 (Lillie) Outdoor heritage fund previous appropriations modified, and money appropriated.

Chair Hansen moved HF340 for consideration before the committee.

Representative Becker-Finn requested a roll-call vote on the motion to adopt the HF340A19 amendment. The results were as follows:
