Representative Jean Wagenius, Chair of the Energy and Climate Finance & Policy Division, called the first meeting to order at 9:46 A.M. on, February 26, 2019, in room 120 of the Capitol Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was present.

THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Greta Gauthier, Assistant Commissioner for Legislative & Intergovernmental Relations of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, presented to the committee an overview of the Governor’s budget.
Craig McDonnell, Assistant Commissioner for Air & Climate Policy at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, continued the overview of the Governor’s budget.
Tim Sexton, Chief Sustainability Office at the Department of Transportation, answered questions related to electric vehicle infrastructure.
HF 1022 (Long) Utility's solar energy incentive program amended.
Representative Long moved that HF1022 be laid over for possible inclusion.
