MINUTES

Representative Tina Liebling, Chair of the Division, called the virtual Health and Human Services Finance Division meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. on May 6, 2020 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Mann moved that the minutes of April 30, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF4374 First Engrossment (Pinto) Provider definition amended, and child care assistance provider reimbursement rates modified.

Chair Liebling moved that HF4374 First Engrossment be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Pinto presented his bill.

Chair Liebling moved that HF4579 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Chair Liebling moved the H4579DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Moran moved that HF3563 First Engrossment be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee be on Ways and Means.

Representative Moran moved the H3563A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
